Just as authentic as the local place you find around every corner in Portugal. Hand made pastries, breads and cake. Quality expresso for 1/2£. Queus of people come to take away all this delies in boxes. They have a mini factory inside so everything is just deliciously fresh! Hidden jewel, easy to miss from the street as the coffeshop/restaurant style its simple in apperance but food and the welcoming staff is over expectations. Unique bakery café. Continental atmosphere, good coffee and snack selection. Lots of confectionary. Down to earth,great service menimalist table and chairs arrangement yet comfortable and sufficiently hospitable owners. I have no problems recommending this spot for break and your admin catch up, telephone charging and laptop plug in tolerated with a smile. I'd have given it a five but remember steps so not so easy if you are mobile impaired....

Service is appalling The waiter could care less if u there or not I sat down for 20 min before I had to go ask for a menu at the balcony The woman didn't even look at me just told me what was the dish of the day and told the kitchen to prepare one
