Fantastic little cafe, popped in on the off chance and very happily impressed, so much so that I've not even finished the custom breakkie I ordered at 5pm and I'm writing this. I'm honestly glad the Wimpy wimped out and made space for this friendly, family run cafe. Will be making it a regular haunt from now on. 100% Recommendation for this place A+ service, friendly staff and great menu, also custom breakkie to what you fancy.......oh and a nice massive Americano too

There are not many greasy spoons in Coulsdon and this was one of the few. While the beans and bacon were enjoyable the sausages had an unusual color and texture. The cafe's cleanliness was questionable because the spoon was quite grubby. You could literally bend their metal forks as well.

I've just had a lovely breakfast, and it's such a warm and lovely cafe. Friendly staff and The food and coffee are lovely as are the reasonable prices. Came to Coulsdon on motorcycle to get it serviced so discovered this lovely cafe. Very nice 👍

Had rant with the owner. i ordered a rasberry juice. I Placed my phone on the contacless card machine, the machine and phone made the usual noise for contacless transaction, the transaction came negative. The machine didnt print anything so i was obviously in doupt, so in order to find out i had to look at my google pay account, the cafe manager insisted that i did'nt pay and continuosly insisted that did'nt pay. I told him look i put my phone on the machine and it made a sound but i need to look on my app. I finally sorted it out but i left crossed. the way he treated me was disgusting. The cafe manager failed to comprehend the basics of english he could of said something like ( your transaction did'nt go through) but instead he yelled at me like if i was going walk out without paying never going...

CHECK YOUR FOOD THOROUGHLY BEFORE EATING! I go here regularly, but have had hair in my food TWICE in the space of two weeks! So will not be returning! The lady who brought the food to the table should be wearing a hair net! You’re handling food!! The first time she was very apologetic, also today. But the male who serves was rude - even had the cheek to try and justify that he had served food with a hair and come to my table whilst my 2nd meal was being prepared and ask if I had been around a dog or something because he FOUND ANOTHER HAIR on the plate!! The hair was buried under the chips on the plate so definitely didn’t come from myself, I do not own any pets and certainly haven’t been around any! I will not be returning...

I went to the valley cafe in Coulsdon with my family. The atmosphere is very good. The owner of the shop Eric and his wife they were very friendly and good people that I have never met. And the waitress is very friendly. My family members everyone liked the food.
