Vegan Spice — Restaurant in London

The food and service is always exceptional! I really can’t understand the other negative reviews at all - Vegan Spice is run out of Rice and Spice, so maybe that’s why there are some weird technical issues with deliveries. But we have never experienced this and have probably ordered from them over 30 times.

We are a vegan family and this place is amazing in terms of variety, value for money, taste and service. The mock meat is great too - it’s lovely to have a korma after such a long time! The starter dishes are very tasty and we get a few of those plus a main. Unlike lots of other restaurants the dishes aren’t dripping in oil (or obviously ghee) and so it feels quite healthy.

I read some bad reviews but honestly this place was great. It is true they don't give you live tracking because they are using restaurant workers for delivery instead of Uber drivers, but they tell you when it leaves the restaurant so you can kind of figure out the delivery by that. Absolute disgusting service. Uber Eats should not be working with them. Time given was 45 minutes. Food arrived nearly 2 hours later with a lack lustre apology.
