Verona Pizza (Morden) — Restaurant in London

Came here for pizza with my wife (06/02/2018), the staff looks Ok but onwer of verona pizza is extremely rude. after order we have noticed very unhygienic envirnment in the shop like toilet door open and they are making pizzas next to the door, wearing no gloves at all, floor looks very dirty and one can easy feel bad smell in the shop.

I ordered my pizza, and after that another customer ordered. onwer of the pizza said please come for collection after 25 minutes. after 25 minutes the guys after me got their orders and they didnt even put my pizza in the oven . i got my pizza after 50 minutes .. i asked the reason why the guys who ordered after me got the pizza and you didnt even put my pizza in the oven. after 50 minutes of wait in freezing cold weather the owner said if you want get it orderwise leave it .. no apologies, no sorry but replied in extremely rude way like i am having pizza for free, i have left the pizza and given him money too.

now i am regular customer of pizza point near st. helier hospital and spice rack (in front lane of verona). nice and polite peaple and always giving drink or ships for free with my order.

Absolutely shocking experience. could give 0 stars if i could. I ordered a pizza with family and clearly mentioned no onions at all. The pizza came a bit cold i ignored it, when i started to eat the pizza there was onions inside so i called him up and told him how i mentioned clearly no onions whatsoever he asked me to bring it back so i travelled all the way back to give him the pizza.Once i got there i showed him the onions inside he was rude and disrespectful.He did not accept his mistakes and said , '' there is only a little bit of onions it doesnt matter'' . I then said to him that he is not accepting his mistake and that the quantity of onions is not the issue wether there is 1 or 10 i asked for 0 and i made it very clear. He then got extremely aggressive and swore at me. I highly suggest if you are looking for good quality pizza do not go to verona pizza as he will get your order wrong and not accept his mistakes. It was a big waste of time and very bad customer service will never be...

I have ordered my pizza at 8:07pm on their website and it said it should arrive at 8:52pm which was not the case i had to call them and ask them what happened to my order and my pizza the guy that picked up said that they will be here in 5/6 min which was fine with me. After waiting more tine i had called again and asked for the second time and i said that they should not advertise 45 min delivery when is not the case and the guy on the phone said that the driver had to do another deli very and that it depends on trafic as well. Know very well that at 6pm when is the most traffic it take roughly 20 min by bus to get to Sutton from Morden. So at 8/9 pm there is no traffic or not as much.
