KFC Morden - London Road — Restaurant in London

As a regular customer, I would say that overall, this KFC branch is: great.

I’ve definitely received the bad: not getting what I ordered (e.g. the part of the chicken I want or the sauce I want) is probably the most common one but it happens maybe once every 6th order, and only when they’re super busy; the long queue and waiting time (again, only when it’s really busy); or when something goes wrong with their system and so my app basically becomes useless (although this has only happened 3 times in my many visits there)

But, other than that, for the most part it’s actually a pretty cool little branch. The food is gonna be the food - as far as I’m aware KFC tastes the same anywhere in London, so either you like it or you don’t; I do. The staff are helpful, friendly and approachable. And the “issues” if you want to call them that, occur rarely and only during their busiest times, so even then I can’t really fault...

The food is delicious like today I ordered two mighty buckets for one and asked the lady serving me if the chicken pieces can be all thighs which she put on the receipt. I then said I have a free snack on the KFC app so I asked her for a hot wings snack box. I scanned the barcode paid and waited for my order. Then I collected my order and went home but when I got home and put my food on plate I could see they my order wrong. They had given both myself and my wife a leg and a side breast instead of the thighs I asked for and to anger me further they charged me for the hot wings snack box. This has happened to me a couple times before and I shrugged it off but it just seems to keep happening. So I don't know if anyone from KFC will see this but something needs to be done about this and some form of compensation should be actioned. Had this not happened I would give...

Ok, here's my is my reason for the 1 star: Bought a chicken wrap, wanted to use the toilet, the door was locked, there was no message written on there why it was locked, I spoke to the 2 girls on the counter about it, they said the toilete was out of service, they chillin and chatting to each other having a good time aaand.....I didn't belive them 🤣 not one bit.

And that's my 2 pence 👏🏼

By the way, that wrap 🌯 had no business tasting as good as it did, and it was very spicy, which I like, although the mayo looked see-through(you know what I mean😮) and somehow the chicken tasted juicy ?
