Wasabi Sushi & Bento — Restaurant in London

Pretty good alternative for sushi places such as Itsu. I would say that this Branch has very recently made food so it is straight out from the kitchen generally speaking which is really good especially when really hungry.

They have a wide variety of meals, sushi rolls, drinks and even snacks which is something that you can't see in every single sushi place.

The place is quite clean and the staff and even managers are quite friendly (you woukd except a manager to be food with their customers but not always with their staff. In this case, the manager was amazing to both customers and their own staff by the looks of it)

I feel like if the place was a bit bigger they might be able to get a lot more customers and might be able to give it a better decoration as it is quite basic as it is but it doesn the job.

Randomly went to Wasabi to have a look because I have not visited for ages and spotted this new kaiso seaweed potto salad so decided to try it.

Also had some noodles and seaweed tempura crisps to go with it.

I love wakame for its salty marine flavours, however I wasn't that keen on this salad because of the rice vinegar which gives it that sweet taste and makes it more fishy like fresh seaweed from the beach.

The noodles were just the usual with some Chinese cabbage which was quite salty.

Finished with the seaweed tempura crisps which I have always want to try but held back because of the price.

They are not that expensive compared to other things I try but expensive when its not your cup of tea.

Firstly, I didn't expect them to be spicy and I found them a bit salty as well as a little sweet which annoyed again like Asian...

I grabbed a take away and the lady who was at the main counter servicing asked me whether I could prepare the Tom Yom soup sauce at home. I said I needed it to be ready for take away as I’m working from home and she got angry for having to add water to a soup ! Absolutely appalling.
