Wenzel's the Bakers — Restaurant in London

The staff is rude and impolite, when y order something they always look me as if I want it for free and I wont pay them... once i order 2 bacon in rolls I paid for them and before they were ready I decided to order two more, and woman there started arguing that I didn't pay for the first 2 rolls and want me to pay them again so I showed my last payments, thank God that my card show every payment instantly, I even said "goodbye, have a nice day" she didn't reply ,only made some drama face or whatever it's called, I really don't understand that kind of behaviour and this is only one of the cases that they try to take a piss on me, food Is good I can't lie, but this behaviour, I don't think so, I might not a native brit, but my English is at point that I can understand y,y can understand me and we can have a nice conversation, but imagine for a guy or a woman that can't speak English very well, I can tell y what will happen most of the people that can't speak or understand english will pay just so they wont get embarrassed in front of other people which I think...

I used to love coming to wenzel’s every morning for my coffee. Staff was always friendly and chatty. Since that changed everything went dramatically down. No hello, no thank you, no have a good day, miserable faces. I was so happy to see that finally they’ve added oat milk to their menu, but today’s coffee was the worst experience I had in past 5 years of being a regular customer. The lady added hot water in my cappuccino which made my coffee taste disgusting, like a water with oat milk, or instant coffee. Milk wasn’t even frothy. As far I know you should add hot water to americano only. Staff definitely need barista training. Better to go costa to get a proper drink. Please bring the old staff back and value them next time as an employer. There is no reason for me to return to this shop. Food is ok, but not much of healthy sandwiches. No selection of brown or rye bread which is a shame coz they have a good...

Says on the shop that is opening at 6:30 saturday . I’m here and is 7:01 and the shop is still closed. Amazing! Not to say that the sandwich are not ready , at least one to be ready but no you need to wait for that ! I told the girl that is saying that is opening at 6:30 on the window and of course she didn’t know and she looked to be sure that is not opening at 7 ! I just lost my time wanting to buy something but no more again! And this review is for other ones that want to buy something in the morning don’t loose the time...
