Awful customer service!!!

Ordered GRILLED vegetable dumplings they sent round FRIED PORK!

Had to wait 10 mins after ringing up, they sent round FRIED vegetable dumplings!!!!

Called back up again, rest of food was cold, they only offered to refund the dumplings even though our family meal was ruined as had to wait, the manager refused to speak on the phone, the front desk man sounded half asleep, they finally after 10 mins on the phone, offered to pick up the food and refund us!!

We gave them back the COLD/WRONG food! Will not be going back...

I was really quite upset tonight as I made my order and they didn't give me the sauce I wanted for dinner. Also, I made this order direct from the takeaway.

I called them, gave them my moan and they sent our a driver asap to correct the situation! Top notch customer services! Thank-you! We need to return our attention back to direct ordering.

Food was top notch. Great prawn toast - tasted even great when cold! 🤘🤘🤘 Curry sauce was really nice - such a rarity these days. And we have tried a lot of Chineses. 👍👍👍

First time ordering from here and we will definitely be back the young man on the phone was very polite, it arrived within the time given and the food was absolutely amazing. The chicken balls are massive and I mean big lol with proper chicken cooked just right. The special fried rice had massive pieces of shrimp and lots of it.
