Very disappointed at the customer service. This used to be the go to place and although the customer service wasn't that great to begin with, we would still order because the desserts were nice. There was an incident the last time we visited due to a lack of information on the mobile version of the website. When we complained to the staff the immaturity of them came to life, blaming us (the customers) for not calling in and checking the order and refusing to give us a refund and also getting very argumentative. They said "What are we supposed to do with this one then its going to waste". When questioned on why the website on the mobile version is different to the desktop version the response was "There is an issue on the mobile version where we can't enter a description on one of the items". How is that the customers fault? The customers should not be expected to phone in right after placing an online order either. Each time, the milkshake was so plaināno flavour, no topping sauce, and not creative at all. They are so lazy with their milkshakes; they need to put some flavour and blend mixture into them.
