Godfather — Restaurant in Manchester

4 of my past deliveries were a fail.

They always OVER AN HOUR late, and when they come, they do not give discount, the apologies is so fake and the excuse is always, Brothherrr we are very busy.

I had to cancel all my 4 previous deliveries but the last one is when I couldn’t cancel the order as their phone was engaged for over an hour for whatever reason, and by the time they knocked on the door I told the driver that he’s over 30mins late than what was promised and I already ordered from somewhere else.

Today I gave it another go after 2 months, only to hear from a staff that I can’t order anything as I’m blocked from the system to make any order even though it is their fault.

When I told the situation why I was blocked from the system and to unblock me, all I got one of them fake sorrys and only manager can unblock and manager is busy as usual.

And I have to come to the shop to explain the situation.

The worst customer service ever. Seriously. Talking to the staff on the phone is hell. You will not get anything out of it as they can only just about speak or understand English.

what a poor service from God Father Burnage Branch Manchester as I am aiting for my pizza more than 45 mins, and it still didnt arrive yet. The person over the phone was rude and making different stories as delivery guy was failed to deliver pizza because he has an acident but delivery driver told me that there was no acident happened and if you are not happy speak to owner next day before 12pm and make the complaint.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THE STAFF WAS LIAR WHEN GETS BUSY THEN THEY TELL A LIE AND BY TELLING DIFFERENT STORIES !!!!!!

They sent me very bad pizzas almost burnt. 😠😠

A restaurant full of losers/liars and they do not know how to talk with customers. However, they were unable deliver pizza on time and this happened second time. I would never order again. Even funny thing is that They have written "Sorry" on pizza box,ridiculously unbelievable. I dont care if this is Christmas Eve and you are busy as make arrangements properly if you cant handle and getting rude with customers for nothing. I don't normally write reviews for local restaurants and takeaways... but I've reached my limit with Godfather Kingsway. I have been coming to this place since 1996, and with this much time you'd think there is some level of service you can expect when it comes to the quality of food you receive however you would be wrong to think so. Coming to this place you can expect nothing more than a 50/50 chance of getting a decent pizza. recently I bought a couple of pizzas for the family, and the first thing i noticed was the dough and cheese was expired. And on this occasion, not being the first or the last time, the pizza just tastes off. Now I love a good godfathers pizza when its done right, but at £25 for two pizzas I want my bloody pizza not to give me and my family the runs the next morning. I hate to write such a review for what used to be one of my favourite places in manchester.... And frankly i dont any amount of inflation will ever bring back the great Godfathers Pizza we enjoyed many a time .......
