Upon arrival — just before closing — we were met with extremely poor customer service. The staff member on duty spoke to us in an unwelcoming manner, appeared eager to rush us out, and even shut the door in our faces. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also left my family and me feeling completely unwelcome.
To make matters worse, the drinks we ordered were made very poorly. The taro bubble tea lacked any real flavor — it tasted like nothing more than milk and water. The brown sugar drink contained no noticeable brown sugar syrup, making it similarly bland. It felt as though the drinks were thrown together without care, perhaps because we arrived near closing time.
This visit was especially important to us, as my family had come from abroad, and we had made a special effort to visit your store as a final stop on our outing.
