KFC Manchester Airport — Restaurant in Manchester

Horrible experience by the assistant manager(He introduced me like that) Mr. Mohammed. I couldn't even get my food.... He denied giving food for me and family..... Only because of I wanted to change my soft drink with something else.... He denied giving water.... Denied giving Hot chocolate because of no lid for the cup ( even I asked to serve hot chocolate in soft drink cups)... Asked to swap with something else..... I would accept even without drink... But by that time he was not at all ready to listen my words.... but trying to kick me out of Restaurant.... It was...

Myself and some of my fellow comrades visited the establishment and we thought we were in for a bussin experience but left rather disappointed. Didn’t even have a full menu no double down (snapping), drinks machine broken and scabbing portions. The icing on the cake came we the worker on the till gave me a cheeky grin and farted on my zinger burger which was my second choice as the double down was not available. I would like to say I would never visit again but I might have to as it is the only place available at Terminal 3...

Probably the worst KFC in the UK. By far.

They will never get the order right. Order large, get small. Run out of an item, they will replace it for something else without asking. Request a particular piece of chicken, get the opposite.

Not sure if the area manager visits this KFC but definitely should... get an inspection done ASAP.
