Great atmosphere good to relax, everything is nice except they tend to charge more than what it really cost if you're not keen. First in the morning bought Grande Cappuccino they charged me £4.6 for it but it should be only £4.3, not really aware, its a bit early and my mind is in other things so I just saw it with my card's app after awhile. Then the same day about midday ordered Regular Cappuccino he put £4.35, so I was shocked and I didn't pay for it while he's doing my coffee and ask him afterwards of how much is my coffee really then charge me the correct one which is £3.95 I know it's not a big money only pence and I don't know if that's really part of their service, but I think integrity and not being complacent should be shown to this...

After a flight, you usually brace yourself for chaos, queues, and questionable coffee, but here it was the opposite. The cappuccino was spot on (smooth, rich, and strong enough to remind me I’m alive), the staff were cheerful without being over the top, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming.
It’s the kind of café that makes you pause for a moment instead of rushing on, a small pocket of calm with good coffee in the middle of airport bustle. Exactly what you need when your brain’s still somewhere over Europe and your feet have just landed in Manchester....

When we arrived at the tilt we was served by a lovely trainee who was left by herself bless her, half way through the order her manager comes out and asks us if we've been served, we was in middle of saying we haven't finished our order, she interrupted us and said if she's making your order you've been served, expecting us to pay when we haven't finished ordering.
She was very rude, she makes you rush your order, talks over you, very unfriendly and loud.
In businesses like these I'd rather employes take their time and get the order right rather than making you...
