McDonald's — Restaurant in Manchester

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Manchester! Don't know why I went back there after saying to myself I would not return after other bad experiences. Ordered a BBQ Ranch Stack meal today from the drive through, went home and it was a Big Mac that wasn't even put together right i.e. the bun bit in the middle did not have the patty on top so was bun to bun and patty to patty. I took it back and spoke with the manager who did not seem interested at all and just kept saying it was Ranch patties in a Big Mac which didn't make any difference anyway. She didn't even make the staff awsre of their mistake. Eventually gave me the correct order but was Stone cold when I got home and had ro reconstruct the burger as wss just thrown in and was a mess, could not be bothered to go back or ring them as they don't care anyway. The worst bit was I didn't even get an apology, she never said anything when I brought back and explained and then when it was ready she just handed it to me and said 'Ranch Stack' and walked off! The manager could really do with being enrolled on a customer service course and not overly playful thw staff. Everyone in the area says how poor that McDonald's is but nothing gets done to improve. This will just be a waste of my time as sure it doesn't...

I order every week from this McDonald’s when I get together with mates, and every week without fail there’s something wrong with the order. Whether it’s missed meals, fries, or cheese bites, it happens every time.

I’m not sure whether the employees do it deliberately for whatever reason, or if it’s simply beyond their capabilities to read a receipt and put the correct items in a bag, but the fact is happens consistently is simply astounding. We even ordered in the drive thru, got home and realised they’d given us one less portion of fries.

What is funny, though, is that we never seem to get more food than we pay for - always less…?

Anyway, eventually Uber or JustEat will refuse to provide a refund for their continual mistakes and you’ll have literally just given McDonald’s money for nothing.

So, save yourself the bother, money, and frustration and don’t buy...

Ok..As usual im not in anyway paid to write these reviews (Yet) and im not related to anyone running the joint. "McDonalds"... well it is what it is. A burger joint. From time to time on my travels i pass various"drive in" branches of McDonalds. Most of the time i can (hard as it may be) ignore such culinary temptations and wait til i get home..but equally as many times i dont ignore and instead succum to my desire for a freshly prepared and cooked beef burger with all the extras. Now surely if you live on this planet you will know what a great burger tastes like. All i will say is if you have never tried an "Mc Donalds" (burger and chips) its time you fullfied that experience. "Great tasting", and "great value" my most recent "Mcdonalds" treat was at the branch on "Ashton old road", but for me the standard and taste is consistant throughout all their immacullate locations.....
