Mr macs english fish & chips — Restaurant in Manchester

The chips i got with my meal was super greasy, its like they been reheated in the oil..they wasn't fresh i know that much. made me feel a-bit sick but apart from that the rest was ok. Cheese pie is nice but was disappointed that they don't have Chinese curry sauce as a option, it would be so popular! Daughter got sausage which shes enjoyed.. paid just short of a tenner for a kids...

Perfect matchday chippy. Changed hands from being Tony's Stadium Chippy and I was worried it wouldn't be as good. Very pleased to report that it's better than ever. Awful place, the fish wasn't cod but pollock or something cheaper, maybe Pangasius and they charge a fortune, its always quiet unless it's a match day. They really need to 'up their game' and sell food that is tasty, maybe better oils or batter is needed, but they NEED...
