Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Melton

It actually gets worse and worse each time we order.

We used to have papa Jon’s at least once to three times a month.

The order was marked as received even though it hasn’t been delivered, had to ring up, to ask where it was, and they didn’t take any details just said it would be with you soon.

Due to severe allergies, which could kill me, gluten as celiac disease, dairy and soya

I ordered a gluten free stone baked pizza, with vegan cheese.

They didn’t use this base, nor make me aware of any changes, and it was a butternut squash base that arrived.

This information for this base isn’t on the website, so how do I know if it was safe to consume or not; or lead me to the hospital in critical condition?

The stone bake pizza was even on the sticker however it wasn’t that at all.

There were barely any toppings on the pizza also.

Ordered vegan cheese tots, and barely any cheese, it was laughable really.

My partner had the chicken poppers barely anything in the box.

Papa Jons isn’t cheap or reasonably priced anymore and it is a real treat, however we won’t be having again.

I have asked for them to get back to me, and no one has been in contact as I request a full refund.

Ordered on line easy process and used the promotion they had. Delivery was smooth very pleasant gentlemen. Pizza was truly awful it hadn't been cut, and it seemed as if they had added a whole salt pot to the pizza couldn't eat it in the end!!! Won't be having anymore from here!! I was excited when I heard Papa John's was coming to Melton, we go to one in Caister on Sea on the Haven site there the pizzas are delicious!! Upon arrival at this rather well know eatery I wasn't greeted at all. The sole worker who served me at 6pm (18:00 for the 24h boys) took ages to speak to me as he seemed to be distracted by what sounded like thirst traps. When he did finally decide to speak to me to take the order it was as if his enthusiasm had been used to top the previous pizza and was now half way to corby... It was NOWHERE to be found. Honestly expected better and wish I had gone for a Melton Mowbray pork...
