Friendly staff and great service, I haven't ordered before I arrived at the store, the staff were very helpful and patient while I decided what pizza to order, I found I could change the set menu to suit my needs. I didn't have to wait too long for my pizza to be made fresh. The store was very clean and tidy with a few seats waiting and a table to sit in. The pizza was delicious and fresh and the price was great value as we had a half a pizza each with our favourite toppings. Well done Dominos I look forward to...

This has to be the worst run business I’ve experienced. Ordered a Pizza on a Friday afternoon as a treat for Grand children. Once ordered the app told me it was still in preparation after 1 hour. I called the Balsall Common store to be told it won’t be with me for another 40/50 mins. Needless to say I cancelled the pizza and won’t be buying from there again.
