Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Mid Devon

The woman counter, called Kirsty, was arrogant and rude for no apparent reason. I walked in, and she ignored me and went outback, then came back and said “What do you want?” I then started placing my order, but I forgot so I called my boyfriend to find out what he wanted again, and she started huffing and puffing. There was no one behind or in front of me. The phone call took less than 30 seconds of my order time. I told her the order of one large cappuccino with no chocolate and then she said “is that it?” I said “that is all, thank you.” I paid and then asked if I could use the toilet whilst my order was being made, she rolled her eyes and said “yeah, whatever.” This was appalling attitude to experience, whilst just trying to get a coffee. Excellent service & great fun. We went to Costa Coffee in Crediton on Monday for a quiz night & really enjoyed ourselves, the staff were very attentive & professional & MIA the new manager had everything under control, even reading out the quiz questions with one of her supervisors.
