Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in Mid Devon

I spent £20 on a pizza that I was looking forward to! Because I actually think the pizzas at napolis are amazing. A rival to dominos for sure. Much better. However, after waiting for about an hour and a half with no indication of my orders confirmation I decided to call and find out if it was on the way as the money had been taken out of my account. I was greeted by a lady who was nice enough but couldn't seem to figure out what was going on. I was then passed on to a more capable worker at the restaurant. She informed me that my payment was declined which didn't make much sense as I had over 1000 in my account. She said if the money has come out, it had, that I would get it back in 2 to 3 working days. She then said "bye" swiftly and hung up. How can a payment be declined if you have taken my money?

Have ordered a Pizza from here before and was very disappointed. It took ages to arrive and was cold and seemed very under cooked. The base was doughy and the cheese topping wasn't melted at all. Almost as if it hadn't been anywhere near an oven. However, because this was the only place open after a late day at work, and a considerable amount of time had passed since my last order, i hoped that things might have improved. I ordered a Chicken Burger, Chips and a can of Coke online. Again, it took ages to arrive and was cold when it did. The chips were like rubber and the burger wasn't much better. I ended up only eating the chicken (minus the bun) with some onions. The Coke however, was refreshing and cold. Would definitely not recommend ordering from here. I for sure...

Ordered a pizza last night and my card was declined, told them not to worry as I would try to get cash out and order later, about an hour later I received a call to say my order was ready and I owed them money, when I tried to explain I was shouted at so I figured I’d just go get takeaway somewhere else, went to bed and forgot it, all evening so far my doorbell has been rung with no one at the door when I get there, unfortunately for the shop owner my front door is covered by cctv and I have images showing their employees running back to the shop, childish, unprofessional and reported to the police in case the next person they pick...
