Greggs — Restaurant in Mid Suffolk

Before I start, I love greggs. The food is always what you expect. The staff are friendly and it's great value. This morning my visit was awful. Served by a trainee, she was very new but delightful. We all have first days. The manager on the shift (sunday) was shocking. She would not tell me if the sausage rolls were hot, warm or cold, but eventually told me they came out about 90 mins ago. I ordered the breakfast deal instead. The filling was cold. (It happens!, not a big problem) The duty manager was consistently rude when I questioned the price ("there is an *, you can't read the "t &c, but it says I'm right, you are wrong") If she hates people or her job so much, leave! If you hate working Sunday mornings, get a different rota. Shocking behaviour. I was in a work uniform and she was even rude about the job I do. Greggs is a lot better than this damaged person would let...

I think everything on the menu should be available for collection and delivery other than that the experience was pleasant and being disabled the service and access was excellent I would recommend greggs to anyone this is the stowmarket shop my friend can only have stuff on there menu they can't deliver and the items I requested were delivery only for one single person to pay a delivery charge is really ridiculous I dread to think the money they lose over there combinations of what's sold over the counter and what there able to deliver maybe they will make everything available on both in time what I order is just under £10 for one I like it but not enough to pay a delivery charge on when it could be collected share tray hot and spicy and Mexican hot chicken...

This Greggs is lovely. The sausage rolls are always warm and cooked to perfection the golden crispy crust is my favourite part. The Margherita pizza is juicy and tastes pretty decent. The cheese on top is melted to perfection and is cooked properly. The white chocolate chip cookies are soft and taste so delicious and buttery. Only downside is you have to pay extra to sit in. The lightly spiced wedges aren’t to spicy which I like but have a small kick to them. The jam and cream doughnut are to die for and so are the pink buns.
