Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mid Suffolk

AVOID AVOID!!!! scammed me of £42.97! They said could deliver to my address and charged me the money for the food and delivery but never delivered. My partner called to chase up and they lied to us as the story kept changing everytime we called and as we started getting more annoyed as this isn’t a small amount of money they started hanging up on us and telling us they cancelled it on UberEats however they didn’t as UberEats told us it had been delivered then the driver was looking for us which they wasn’t. 3 hours later they still have not cancelled the order and still a no show of food. i wont say the pizza taste bad its a big brand afterall but, even if you choose whatever toppings as extra there is barely something on it! just imagine a large pizza with custom toppings being only spicy beef and pineapple. there is barely any beef on the pizza you probably not even notice it its there and now comes the crazy part! i have counted 7 pieces of small pineapple chunks on one large pizza and thats being extra toppings! dont even bother with stowmarket papa johns! just get...

Appalling customer service from the manager. Ordered the other week and had a hair in my food, I have complained on the website, which I have not heard from.
