Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Mid Sussex

The two members of staff on shift today were amazing! Dealing with a large amount of customers! I didn't get their names but a younger girl with curly light brown hair and a younge man with dark brown hair! Couldn't praise them enough! Especially when the supervisor on shift was sitting at a table doing nothing.... again I didn't catch a name but a lady in her 30's with dark hair. When the younger staff members asked her to shut the door she just rolled her eyes. Then went on to lecture the other members for counting the safe twice when they said its what they've been told to do previous. Not a very professional conversation to have infront of customers especially from a supervisor. When she finally got up and decided to help she then threw old coffee ground on the poor staffs shoes and didn't apologise. She was rude to me telling me to "get out the way" because I was in the way of her serving the next people, then rolled her eyes again! Not a polite bone in her body! Didn't hear her said please or thank you once! I'm only giving a 5 star because of the two amazing younger staff on shift! 100% the kind of people who should be incharge and thanked for keeping the customers around! I went in for simply a cup of tea and the service was atrocious. Granted it was a Saturday lunchtime but they were by no means rushed off their feet. Two members of staff were clearly having an argument in a foreign language in front of guests, I for one was astonished at this total lack of professionalism.

My mood entering the store was good, just wanting to enjoy a nice, peaceful cup of tea - however one of these same members of staff was shouting at guests and saying "yes please, what would you like" which I am sure is far from the standards expected. Repeatedly I just heard her say at excessive volumes "regular? large? drink in? out? Pastry? Muffin?"

It does not take much to say, "would you like a Pastry or a muffin" Rather than simply barking "PASTRY ???" "MUFFIN ???"

This member of staffs service was awful and it made me leave damn site more pissed off than when I entered the store in...

What a bad service, there was a brunette girl with glasses on the cashier who does not even bother to look at your face, so is better not say Hi couse she will not reply, there was another girl replacing the products by the cashier, she could say excuse me but she did not, she just came over pushing me way, so I did my order, then I gave the money in the girls hand s (brunette with glasses) then I prepared my hand waiting for the change back in my hand , but she ignored my hand and laid on the counter, not saying a word.I left the shop and put the coffee in the bin.(to finish I want to say this, I am a very happy person and very polite as well, I will never ever going back to...
