The Mercantile Adventurers — Restaurant in Mid Sussex

I popped in for a coffee with a friend and was sorely tempted by the delicious gluten-free chocolate cakes sold by the Simply Angelic coffee shop. The coffee shop area itself was cosy and there was a nice buzzy atmosphere from the other stalls. The coffee shop owner (Sharon) was really friendly and was particulary helpful to some elderly customers which was nice to see. In my opinion the Mercantile Adventurers is without doubt the best place in Burgess Hill. Well worth a visit for the wonderful welcome, great food and the variety of small businesses.
