Rude owner with appalling customer service. Ordered via Deliveroo as the local number does not work. Had a call within 5 minutes of the order from the owner raising his voice saying he can’t make the baguette I had requested. I asked if he didn’t have the items I had requested as I would have simply changed me order and at that he proceeded to shout “I don’t wish to argue over a baguette” and wouldn’t let me speak! He then hung up the phone. I called the 020 number back that he had called me from as I wanted to discuss what options were available to order and he told me to cancel the order because he doesn’t want to argue over baguettes and doesn’t need customers that can’t order properly!! I have cancelled the order and ordered from another local business in the area who have been very accommodating. A cafe ? Well any normal "cafe" would let you swap out items you don't like, ie mushrooms black pudding and tomatoe, last Saturday I attended boo boos and asked for exact same breakfast I requested today to be met the most rude arrogant response, I can't do that I can't do that I was then asked to pick what I like I proceeded to tell him what I'd like and again was met with I can't do that and he walked off what a rude individual I hope this stops at least one person having to go through the rudest of rrude responses I've had from a cafe owner what a place ! Just visited this café and tried their breakfast stick – and wow, it was absolutely amazing! The quality was top class, from the perfectly cooked ingredients to the freshness in every bite. You can really taste the care and effort that goes into the food here. The staff were welcoming, the service was spot on, and the whole place has a warm, inviting vibe.
