Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I just wanted to take a moment to say how absolutely incredible Izzy was during my visit. She was so friendly, kind, and amazing, and her thoughtfulness truly turned my day around. I’d had a really hard morning, but Izzy’s actions made all the difference.

Last week, I discovered and completely fell in love with the cinnamon buns, so much so that I came back specifically for them. When I realised there weren’t any available, I shared with Izzy how much I loved them. Without hesitation, she kindly offered to go to the freezer and bake some fresh ones for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that completely made my day.

The only thing that could have made my morning better was a cinnamon bun with my coffee, and Izzy went above and beyond to make it happen. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile brought such a big smile to my face, and I’m incredibly grateful.

Thank you so much, Izzy, and thank you, Café Nero, for not just serving delicious cinnamon buns but also for having wonderful staff who genuinely care about their customers. We ended up buying two buns, one we enjoyed right away, and the other we warmed up at home to have with a cup of tea. My husband and I both agreed they were absolutely delightful.

Been to this Caffè Nero multiple times and each time the experience has been the at most awful. Staff members come across so disinterested and rude, always more interested in having a gossip with each other rather than doing their job and serving good-paying customers. Today unfortunately I went in for a strawberry iced matcha. I’ve had drinks from him multiple times before but haven’t been for a while until today. When I got the matcha it looked nothing like the advertisement. Not even a drop of strawberry in it. I was so disappointed as I am paying well earned money to not even get the drink I’m asking for. I’ve had great experiences at other Caffè Nero’s like the one in Centre MK, but this one has always been disappointing. The baristas from the Centre MK Caffè Nero should train these baristas because clearly they have no idea how to do their job. Staff members at this Caffè Nero are extremely stingy. Whenever I get beverages they never fill the cup fully unless I ask. I shouldn’t have to ask. The coffee is also very awful. Might as well ask for a cup of milk tasting what they’re...

Popped in for coffee and a sandwich while running errands as it was more appealing than the other takeaway options close by. Good choice of food available but that's where the good ends. 2 staff on duty working very chaotically and with no supporting each other. A simple coffee order and toastie seemed a bit too much for them to handle as my food was taken and coffee was half made while one ended up running food for other customers and the other simply wiped down the counter. The toastie was ok (still not sure there was bacon in it as advertised) but couldnt finish my coffee as the cup tasted of salt with every sip The state of the store was not up to Nero standards that I am used to with dirty tables everywhere. Aircon boosted to the point of needing to keep my jumper on and when I went to use the toilet found it in just as bad a state as the rest of the store.
