Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Coffee was let's say... ok. Never feel welcome in this branch. But my biggest gripe is with the Starbucks app. Starbucks you are pathetic and getting things right. I refreshed the balance twice in the car park before entering the store, showing i had enough balance to cover my drink.. but when I get to the till no... short not by a few pence but more than £2. How inconvenient and embarrassing is it that due to your failing on the app I look like I can't organise a simple task like buying a coffee... Starbucks sort yourselves out please.

Called in and have had to wait 15 mins for my coffee because the Barista couldn't be bothered to actually read the order slip on the cup.. SORT YOURSELF OUT!!!

New review. Called in for one drink. Explained that I wanted to use a reward to pay for it... Barista still charged me and as I write this I've been waiting almost 15 mins and there was only one customer in front of me... This is unacceptable. Finally.. 19 mins.. no apology and the drink tastes dreadful. When will Starbucks do something about the...

This used to be my go to coffee place in MK however I am disgusted!

The staff are lazy and rude, there is one girl in particular who has a stinking bad attitude I arrived at 11:53 to be told they had sold out of all cakes and snacks other than a few... there were around 3-4 options my instinct is that it would of been too much effort to get new cakes out.

She tutted when I said I wanted it to drink in not in take away cups (guess washing up is inconvenient).

We waited for our drinks and got grunted at. One was undrinkable and the girl collected our empties and said are you still drinking that, my mum said no it’s actuallt not very nice it’s really quite awful and she said ah ok no worries picked it up with no “sorry” etc and off she went.

It’s gone down hill the staff don’t care and it shows! Bring back the old team this...

I’m sure they will remember a recent incident of me having coffee spilt down my entire outfit - it was definitely one of those days…

They went above and beyond to help, they offered their utilities to clean myself up, they were swift to clean the table/ floor where the coffee was spilt (there was a lot) and to make sure my infant was Ok too!

They even went a step further to replace my coffee FOC (Thank You!) - truly exceptional service in a situation like that.
