DO NOT GO TESCO CAFE, if you value your dignity 😃 At lunch we ordered Halloumi burger, seasoned fries and jacket potato with cheese and beans The queue was very long, there were Dirty tables everywhere and the floor was yuck, and we noticed they microwave most of the food The cutlery was so dirty it would have cut my hygiene levels in half if I used it, had to ask for clean cutlery twice, yet still got given a fork with hard food still on it Back to the food... Seasoned fries weren't what they said they were, they were chunky chips which were overcooked on the outside and raw on the inside The halloumi burger was tiny, with tiny strips of halloumi Jacket potato was a small potato overcooked in the microwave, with a quarter tin of beans, and not even a pinch of their cheap cheese. Salad leaves were limp and clearly out of date Whilst we were waiting in queue, we could see some of the food had yellow sticker packaging on it, I.e. reduced, nearly out of date food Overpriced poor quality food Hope you have a good day, and I hope this review helps! 😃 feel free to ask...

Manager- bald older man was incredibly rude and sarcastic to both customers and his staff.
Food was sub-par at best. Told the staff we required full vegan options. Ordered the all day vegan breakfast for two people. Specificied no mushroom or tomato on one order. Served without mushroom or tomato on both.
Plate sat in the cold for a further 5 minutes whilst waiting for the correction. Both serving staff and cook audibly 'huffing and puffing' about the inconvenience.
Food finally arrived cold. Greasy undercooked flat mushroom. One peasly TINY singular half of a tomato that had barley seen heat.
Ordered X2 oat milk lattes, again, specified to be vegan. Served with dairy squitty cream on top. Fortunately I pointed it out and alerted the serving staff. Yet again more huffs and puffs.
Terrible service. Food was...
Read moreWent to try the new cafe. Not great, had to wait 45 minutes for a breakfast, was very busy on a Saturday morning as to be expected but they only had 2 people bringing the food out and trying to clear up, they need at least 5 people working the floor at the weekends. Food, hash browns were nuclear hot and soggy, beans hot, bacon cold, egg cold, sausage warm, toast cold. Judging by the plates left on tables with hash brown on them I wasn't the only one. Service, 2 lads and a packed restaurant, it was so busy because there were only 2 lads working, they simply couldn't keep up with the demand. It has got good potential but they need to get a chef who can work out cooking times, more staff on the floor at weekends. The prices are expensive for what it is, it's spoons quality but private...
