Subway — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Not from the area, however absolutely no complaints about the food. On the other hand, really disappointed with service. Have been coming for the last few days every lunch (because of the food). One of the days, the lady did not include one of the orders in the back and actually forgot it, meaning we had to drive back. We phoned before returning and the lady did not consider our inconvenience, and was careless about the situation. We have gone every day this week, however today's experience was surprising. From previous work in catering and hospitality, I know full well how a business should operate. I appreciate they are very understaffed for the level of customers, but staff should ensure cookies and sauces are refilled before going on a break. Considering they have a large queue around lunch time, it should be common sense. The lady was rather embarrassingly trying to squeeze out the last drops, but didn't think to refill it quickly. When asked she said its finished (at lunch time how is this possible?), but only when prompted for a second time, did she proceed to the back kitchen to refill it. I can assure you as a customer, we are more than happy to wait 2 minutes. The two staff are polite, but VERY slow! Food becomes so cold by the time we have left the store. Please hire more staff! Never seen a manager in store, but I hope this feedback is put to some...

So I've just been into this store in netherfield. Asked twice that me and my son wanted a saver sub meal at £3.99 each.......got to the adding of salad and going nicely. Then we get to the till and the lady says that's £13.78 please......I'm like hold on a second I asked for 2x saver sub meals. Lady explained nando's chicken wasn't on their yet it's on the board on show to everyone. And then she explained that my sandwich is a foot long and she will charge me £6.79 for that and £3.99 for my sons. But by me paying for just the sandwich I can still get the cookie and drink with it. So went back to the car and got the additional 78p needed as total was now £10.78. I pay and then the lady at the till handed 1 cookie and 1 drink cup for my son......I then confronted the lady at till and was told I do not get a drink and cookie as I paid for just the sandwich........disgusting communication between colleague's and I will be never returning to this store. Absolutely...

Ridiculously slow service with an I couldnt care less attitude- it took 20 mins to get served even though there were only 2 people in front of me. The only person who was serving customers last night just couldnt seem to care less how long he casually took to make 2 subs as relaxed and slowly as he could and it didnt even seem to occur to him that I even existed let alone care if I was in a hurry or not. After taking 15 mins to serve only 2 customers (both who were actually ordering at the same time), I asked if he could be a bit quicker. The reason I had come in was for fast food as I had my child waiting in the car with my friend who was helping me out with a lift. The response from the staff member who I had asked to speed up a bit was- ''Why? Are you in a rush?''. So basically if you want to receive customer service with the attitude ''We're here all day, so we dont care how long your here for either'' then come to Subways in...
