Greggs — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

12th of October 17:16pm the girl at the till: I have been going to my local Greggs for years and I’ve always had a great experience from the regular staff. However I just had the worst experience ever, At 5:16pm me and a few customers queued up. The black girl at the till ignored us for ages. Also before people come for me I’m a POC I am merely describing her because I want to make a formal complaint. So I asked her for wedges as they didn’t have any on display but usually the staff just make it for me it’s usually a wait. For 5 minutes she acted stupid looking at that shelf stocks the wedges and it was totally empty. (She could plainly see.) Also why would I ask if it’s on the shelf? After she acted stupid for a bit I asked her if she can make the wedges. She was so rude “make it” she questioned me. The other customers even looked shock at the way she treated me/spoke to me. FYI I had my 10 month old on a sling and my 8 year old who loves these wedges he is also autistic and was very affected at the way she treated us.

Anyways she questioned me about making it and was quite intimidating and rude. I then said “you use that machine” pointing at the machine they use to make the wedges. She pauses then goes “no we have no wedges left at all this evening.” Then her colleague another black girl agreed. That may be the case but the interaction was horrific she was so rude especially in front of my kids. We ended up just walking out frustrated and angry. DO NOT BUY THE BAGUETTES

Went into gregg's and fancied a change from the Stine cold crap they have to offer and decided to try out the tandoori chicken baguett... wish I would have saved my money!!!!! Never have I ever tried one from Greg's before and when I got it out of the packaging I was very disappointed, I felt scammed. They make you think upon inspection that the baguettes are full with filling when in actual fact they are packed with lettuce to bulk it out with a very little amount of actual fillings. Today I write to thank the staff at Gregg's at Bletchley BEACON PARK . I have always found them to be very professional and pleasant to customers. However whilst out on a shopping trip this week i called in briefly for a coffee and then spent a couple of hours shopping. Just as i was about to return home i realised that a very expensive new wristwatch i had been wearing was lost. I scoured the shops i had visited without success and , luckily, today i decided to check out Gregg's; as you probably have guessed, it was safely locked in their safe.
