0 stars. Avoid like the plague. Dead fly belly up. 1st order ever made. Made at 00:28 17/7/22 Loughborough store. App said food arrived, it hadn't. Food arrived at 1am, their closing time. I called in the 10 mins up to closing as it said arrived..... but definitely wasn't, no answer. Seemed like call/order avoidance at end of shift. Opened the food, greeted with a dead fly belly up in garlic bread, which also looked quite dry. Maybe the poor fly died of dehydration. Hubby stopped mid chew and pulled a massive dark hair from his teeth embedded in his tater tots. Keep in mind this is our first Papa John's experience. Couldnt call as close by this point. Next morning got a feedback email. Replied straight away. Think their reply timescale was 5 days. This was on 17th July...its now 29th July. They just don't seem to care. Baffled. Today I rang customer service HQ. Reception passed me through to the unmanned Customer service team. I kept trying their number as it just cuts off with no answer. I went to the company directly more than once to put things right. Only 1 lady tried calling back and when I returned her missed call, no answer. Despicable food hygiene and absolutely appauling...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible service from your Wellingborough store, hang up on when asking for the “quality guarantee” as the pizza I ordered wasn’t the pizza I wanted as I didn’t realise that there was bacon in the chicken club as I clicked add when I saw chicken and didn’t think anyone would put any other meats in something called “chicken club” so called up the restaurant asking for this issue to be resolved to only be told to contact the head office and then be hung up on. I don’t know how you train people who answer the phone at papa johns but I’m sure that customer service is very important to any company, But from the customer service experience I got from the guy who answered the phone, I don’t think I’d recommend getting a pizza or anything from papa johns because who knows if you was allergic to something or something is against your religion to eat. You won’t get any type of replacement/ or refund. But some a hole on the phone telling you did you not check what’s in the pizza. When if your ordering very quickly because your busy and something says “Chicken” club instead of “Chicken and other meats”, you’ll basically be told to F off.

Read moreI tried to order a pizza online on Tuesday from PapaJohns in Bath, and for some reason I got an error message saying it couldn't go through. So I ordered the pizza again, and it went through costing 18.99 I checked my bank statement and PapaJohns have charged me twice, an amount of 16.99 (which was the order that came up with the error message), and the correct order of 18.99. Only 1 pizza was delivered of course. I phoned PapaJohns in Bath and the guy who answered said he can't help me contact the IT number on the website, and he hung up on me. There is no IT number on the website, and I called the head office number a few times and have not been able to speak to a person, the line just rings, or you get a message saying the receptionist is busy. So Papa Johns are only interested in taking orders not correcting their mistakes. I was charged twice and only 1 pizza order was delivered. I'm going to my bank to request a visa credit and guess what I'm never using Papa...
