We went on a weekday during the school holidays, having booked in advance. I had originally booked for my 15 - and 13-year-old boys to do the 4.5m height experience, but they asked if they could the 10.5m height one. It was no problem swapping, having checked, there was availability. We were greeted as we walked in, arriving 20 minutes before our time as instructed on the booking confirmation. During this time, we waited around watching them set up. The instructors were very friendly, setting their harnesses out, getting each one to set into them, helping to tighten them up correctly. I also thought they were every clear with the safety instructions. The boys were allowed to do the course as many times as they wanted in the hour slot, 1 choosing to go down to the 4.5m. They both managed 4 rounds in the hour. It was explained to us upon arriving, the drop part was closed for maintenence and we would receive a voucher. For both boys it cost £38 which we received £16 in voucher. Both boys loved it and would definitely do it again.

Good, clear instructions from the team of instructors on how to put on the safety gear which was then checked for fit by the instructors too. Only then were the kids allowed on the rope and obstacle course. Both my kids wanted to keep going around the course but as their session was coming to an end they each had an opportunity to try the free fall experience within the course. Would the kids try it again?....absolutely. Would I try it ever?.......not a chance. If you fancy a try the cost is minimal but it's better to book in advance to ensure you can go on the course.

Great fun and good adventure..RUINED by one specific pushy member of staff. I appreciate they have to keep the line going, but when you're dealing with children under 10, they should know that some might need a helping hand to overcome their fear, rather than just move them to end of obstacle. On the other hand, there was a very helpful instructor who genuinely and patiently tried to help one fearful child complete the course. I think overall it's a good experience, unless you get that specific instructor, who's probably more suited to older children.

Great day out extremely fun! The whole team was friendly and helpful. Additionally, Josh's assistance during my mother's experience navigating the obstacle course was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we arrived, his warm and welcoming demeanor immediately made us feel at ease. He greeted us with a friendly smile and took the time to listen attentively to my mother's concerns and questions.

Throughout the entire process, Josh demonstrated extraordinary patience. Despite my mother's initial apprehension about tackling the course, Josh remained calm and reassuring, offering words of encouragement every step of the way. He never rushed her, instead taking the time to explain each challenge thoroughly and ensuring she felt comfortable before proceeding.

What truly stood out was Josh's genuine helpfulness. Not only did he guide my mother through the obstacles with ease, but he also went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. Whether it was adjusting the difficulty level of certain elements or providing additional support where needed, Josh's dedication to ensuring my mother's enjoyment and safety was evident in every interaction.

Thanks to Josh's exemplary customer service, my mother not only conquered the obstacle course but also left with a newfound sense of confidence and accomplishment. His kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression on both of us, and we are incredibly grateful for his exceptional assistance. Josh is undoubtedly an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a positive and...

Our visit was not a good experience and I am not local to the area. We had 2 little children with us who needed support. When it came to myself I asked for help where the lady at the time radioed to advise her colleagues what she was doing I heard the sarcasm of basically saying she is not there to help everyone around the course. I said to her forget it and get me back down onto the ground. Although she did help me to get through a couple of the obstacles but they got the better of me. I think the lady that was with me was willing and wanting to help me to get around the course as I observed her do so with another boy but when it came to me her colleagues over the radio said she isn’t there to help everyone around the whole course. Very disappointing and the person(s) over the radio should think what they’re saying as it can be overheard by others. We purchased 3 adult and 2 children tickets and was a waste of money. Only one adult completed the whole of one course. I would not recommend unless you are wholly confident that you can do it all by yourself as it looks easier than actually doing it if that...
