New Dorking Cantonese — Restaurant in Mole Valley

I have never been so ashamed and disappointed in this pathetic Chinese Asian eatery community in Dorking.

I travelled miles to goto New Fountain Garden to find it was shut for the summer with no updates online. As a backup I saw this place on Google saying it was open from 12 midday to 11.30pm.

Unfortunately when I arrived here, it was also closed and the signage said it was open from 5.30pm!

This is so pathetic, in my area, the latest information would be updated for takeaways for a 2 week break. Clearly the information has been wrong online for sometime.

There is no focus on customer service, for the Chinese eateries in Dorking to give up or not care about opening times is shameful. I am fuming, shame on your ancestors, this is an insult! If I had money, I would open a HK diner in Dorking and put you all out of business.

Horrendous experience. Ordered through just eat and waited ages. When we rang the restaurant to get an update, we were screamed at that they didn't deal with just eat anymore and our order wasn't going to be delivered. They yelled at us to contact just eat for a refund. 24 hours later, a knock at the door and there was the order we had placed the night before! We rang the

I've ordered from this place a few times never had such an awful experience like this from a takeaway .. Few times of ordering was fine never had a problem before till now , food came within 15 mins which is odd and never fresh rice was stale .. and to top it off striaght after I was violently sick and other end too i had to lay on floor for 1hr in crippling pain !
