Costa Coffee — Restaurant in New Forest

Costa have NO regard for loyal local support!!! Still changing opening hours every week without any real notice - even CLOSED all day Aug Bank holiday Mon and then Tues!!! Manager resigned 5 weeks ago - they recruit new manager after he leaves and she only starts in 4 weeks time - hence insufficient staff - AGAIN - and now manager-less once again!!!! What Costa should do is sack their useless Ozzie MD and COO and replace them with someone prepared to actually do some work and get this mess sorted. Furthermore, seeing as they can't get/keep staff cos they pay rubbish and worse take advantage of their staff (ie: treat them like $£"$!!!) start paying shop floor workers a competitive wage and treat them properly, so they don't...

Had a lovely experience in Costa today i was served by a young girl called Mia and honestly she was fabulous, both my coffee and toastie was very prompt I was very very happy with the service.

Went in at 3pm had coffee n cake. Sat down was lovely to start with but then a load of teenage kids come in with their scooters and bikes and just sat down didn't buy anything they were very loud and swearing. Then I went to use the tolet but the staff had closed the tolets off I asked if I could use them was told no I've just cleaned them there are public 1s across the street .
