Luna Coffee — Restaurant in New Forest

Luna coffee is a lovely independent coffee shop that has a small selection of food available. I use this place as bolt hole whenever I am in need of somewhere to go in Ringwood. The coffee is exceptional, hot chocolate is divine, in fact everything is carefully prepared and brought to wherever you choose to sit. There is a variety of seating options, squashy sofas and armchairs to intimate tables and chairs for two. You can sit near the window and enjoy people watching or at the back of the cafe. Toilet facilities are always spotless and the cafe welcomes babies and children. I recommend the homemade organic soup with crusty bread, perfect after a busy morning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I ordered a mozzarella and tomato panini and an iced latte. I received a panini and until biting into the panini I realised it had ham inside and not what I ordered. I cannot eat pork! Staff were not apologetic and they did not care, the man there was rude and his customer service was atrocious. He did not give me a refund for anything. Even the iced coffee did not have any ice in. Had to go up to the tills and ask for my money back and they would not give me refund. The man would not give my money back unless I gave the correct panini back, which is RIDICULOUS. Only gave me refund for the panini and not the coffee. What type of service is this!!! Never coming back here again, absolutely...

If you have had enough of costa then this could be the antidote. Great coffee. Great service and a gorgeous venue. I am not a fan of pre packed food but they work it into something good and the quality of it shows. Fantastic place with lots of hideaway spots for a quiet meeting or a good catch up with friends.
