Poppins Restaurant — Restaurant in New Forest

Share your experience google say.. Well tbh I won’t be returning to this branch of “Poppins” ever again after receiving the worst food ever.. So I ordered the big breaky & this was the state of it.. *Hash brown so overcooked it was inedible BACON OFF CUTS from around the bacon *Egg was Green (on bottom) only 1 aswell?? *Beans rock Hard/Cold *Toast Burnt *Mushrooms tiny portion & very rubbery The other “Poppins” I visit Havant,Southampton,Boscombe are doing an amazing job of serving up some nice food it’s just a shame this Restaurant on my visit needs to have a serious think on why they are serving cheaper alternatives to what I normally receive in other Poppins...

My daughter and I brought my 18 year old Autistic Grandson to your cafe today. We found a seat and he searched the menu, found what he wanted( turkey dinasaurs), my daughter and I chose our meals. A man came to serve us. My grandson told the man what he wanted (a big deal for someone with Autism). We were told as his choice was from children's menu he couldn't have, we explained his situation. There was no understanding shown at all. No, only children under 10 could order this. We had to leave, as he had made his choice. Please, in this time and age, show some understanding. Awful experience today, ordered a milkshake and a glass of tap water. The milkshake came after about 10 minutes but didn't have the water so we mentioned this and then waited another 10 minutes and asked again only to be told very rudely by a young lady with blonde hair that "it is very busy so there is a wait" to then walk off and start cleaning a table whilst glaring at me. We then asked one of the other guys working there who promptly went and filled and glass and brought it over. The original girl proceeded to glare across the cafe at me for the rest of my meal.
