Totton Fish Bar — Restaurant in New Forest

Useless place, we placed a telephone order last night, my dad went to collect the order, when he got home, we didn't receive any chips, when we asked for 2 portions, the chicken kebab was vile, the meat was very tough and smelt weird, the prices are also very high, we requested 3 'regular' sized kebabs, and they charged us for 3 'large sized' kebabs!!! We also asked for 3 Sprite drinks, and they sent us 3 Fanta's instead. This company are a total disgrace. We will NEVER use this takeaway again, AWFUL experience. This was my favourite chip shop but last time I got. Kebab the meat was so inedible. The shavings were hard and not nice at all.. didn’t complain because I thought it was a one off ... then I got the pie and chips the pie a crust was so hard even a my knife would not break it so has to leave it. Had eaten here before and was lovely. Unfortunately where they were busy they obviously couldn't cope because the chips were way overcooked and I threw most of them away as they didn't taste good at all. Waited a good 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was waiting to be served.
