Costa Coffee — Restaurant in New Forest

Parking is very convenient with parking just around the back of the shop or other options nearby that are only a short walk away.

The service is splendid. Straight forward, little questions asked with plenty of dietary options such as, vegan whipped cream or light whip.

The food is the downfall, although it is tasty, there is little excuse as to why a wrap of the size I purchased, or even some of the other products such as the toasty should cost that much money? We're talking nearly £4-£5 for each item? I'd rather go to Tesco and probably get something just as tasty for nearly half the price.

Have been visiting this place every week for over a year, what's happened. Service is like jekle and hide. Yes the staff are friendly but how can it be that when you go there the service is either very quick or so slow, it really depends who is on. To be honest on a couple of occasions when its been so slow I left, got in my car and driven to and have used the local MacDonald's drive thru'. If you paying a higher premium at Costa I would expect to get the same spead and level of service...

Always good. This time coffee didn't taste fresh, but it only the 2nd time in many visits. Normally i would rate higher. The thing they always lose a star for is the over priced and often bland food. My tactic is to get coffee at Costa and food elsewhere. But not their best effort on this visit. Again i have to stress normally i would rate them at 4 stars. But not this time, if Costa cant get coffee tight then...
