So, we are, or should i now say were, repeat customers. Their delivery driver made an error a few weeks ago when he delivered an order to my address when it wasn't for us (innocent mistake originally. I had literally pulled up on the drive just getting back from work and was still getting out the car when the delivery driver pulled up at the same time and dumped a bag of food on me and drove off) once i got in and my other half wasn't home i realised it wasn't ours and left it on the side, once they realised the error they'd come back... It was never collected so i threw it out as it wasn't something i would order and didn't want to eat. Roll on a few weeks when i actually do place an order and the same driver brings my order this evening, he dumps the food on me again and then has a go at me for his error that cost him the price of the order! Now, i understand that it's frustrating being out of pocket but i do not appreciate being had a go at on my doorstep for something that happened weeks ago and was not my error! Anyone else would have eaten it, i didn't! You (delivery driver) gave it to me and drove off before i could check, You didn't come back for it, it was stone cold and so it went in the bin. YOU were at fault, not me, You should learn to read and deliver to the correct address and YOU should not be having a go at customers when you know full well YOU made the mistake. Shame because my issues is not really with Amigo's but i wont be ordering again as i distain the thought of that idiot driver coming to my home with that attitude. However, all my other food was cold by this point, as was the pizza when it did arrive. I did mention on the phone that I would prefer to eat my food warm, all at once. I mean let's be honest here, who would have warm apple pie, and custard later as a separate meal?
