In 'n' Oat Oatcakes — Restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyme

USUALLY very nice (maybe the best in Newcastle-under-lyme!) But giving mushrooms with an order that specifically expressed "No mushrooms - Allergic" is unacceptable! Especially when they were hidden at the bottom of the breakfast tray, under the bacon so didn't see them straight away... I ate a small piece by mistake as it was mixed in with my tomatoes & has made me sick, burning up & now have a sore throat for the rest of the day!

Disgusted the way I was treated by the rude staff over the phone. I ordered 2vegetarian boxes and paid 12 pounds for 4 orange juice and 2 boxes of full english. When I gave the boxes back they gave me 2 pounds back for over charging me for the full english boxes and took the full english breakfasts and gave me no vegetarian boxes in return. Made me wait half an hour standing there without no response and then locked their door on me without any breakfast. So rude...

Absolute best oatcakes your can get, would definitely recommend if your in the area and even to travel a bit to get some really good oatcakes, staff are always friendly and Monica always makes sure everything is spot on, once your a customer there your a customer for life, anything your want on an oatcake its done ( even mustard, not my choice but if your that type of person) always looks after you,...
