Pizza Hut Newcastle-Under-Lyme — Restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyme

NEVER again ordering from here. I used to order regularly (around once a week) on a Friday. Last delivery of x2 large pizzas and a few sides arrived. There was a piece of smooth, hard plastic on the second pizza. It wasn't noticeable at first however was noticed after one slice being eaten by me. The main concern is that my 5 year old son was eating the other pizza and if he had the one with plastic on he was less likely to notice and could have caused some serious damage. Upon speaking to Pizza Hut and then the head office I was advised by Cameron (the manager) that they would come back to me. After chasing them once a week for 2 months! I called again today to which they stated that it hadn't come from them and that was case closed. Utterly terrible customer service - no blame acknowledged and further more no offer of a refund even though they were happy to come and pick up the pizzas, sides and plastic after I called them about it. Yesterday we pick up our pizza on our way home. Guys, honestly this pizza was sooooo delicious! I loved how crunchy, but also fluffy, full of taste it was !! Deffinitely reccomend that. Not sure how is it with delivery as I saw some reviews but if you pick up and gonna choose pizza with mushrooms and ham ( not sure how Its called 😅🙈) you won't regret. I gave my mushrooms to my bf as I don't like them generally 😅 as we shared the pizza. Deffinitely want to order again. Pizza's came cold, hardly any cheese at all we phone up and told them it was cold, the man on the phone had a bad attitude as if we had personally insulted him and said he would replace the order, we were not told to save the pizza and so we took it from the kids and slug it bar one pizza we hadn't opened to show driver. He showed up half hour later with our 3 pizzas only to then take 2 away!! Because we only had the one pizza to give back so we were left with one pizza between 6 of us !!
