I don't usually review takeaways as often I don't expect quality food from it. It's more about convenience instead of cooking. The masala fish is often talked about from this place and I never tried it for many years so coincidence one night has to happen we was passing by and manage to get some food from here.

Wednesday evening visit approx 7pm - Ordered two masala fish (almost within two min of entering shop) one with naan and one with chips. No one else in shop when I ordered apart from one guy who is waiting on pizza.

Fish for Cooking goes in fryer. The guy who took my order also took payment.

Waiting....few other visiter same person who served me serving them and casual taking.

Person on back took fish out almost 5-7 min. Another person came serving continues. Some one else came from back packs me one fish asked if I wanted salad and sause answers yes - he loded salad and significant amount of garlic sauce on top of hot crispy fish. Asked me £5 please. 10-15 min in waiting time.

I had to explain myself again I ordered two one with naan and one with chips and I already paid etc.

Then distribution from delivery driver - want to go to deliver food but his car been blocked so the guy who serving me went to ask around. 15-20 min waiting.

Comes back and the person serving me seen other fish resting on grill. Takes it on takeaways box salad & sause? yes please then adds chips and ones again sauce on top. By the time I came out of shop it was best part of 30 min with less then 4 customer visiting including me.

10 min drive to home the hot fish covered with salad and sause went all soggy / condensation from steam. Packing salad and hot stuff sepeteraly would been ideal.

So after rumours the masala fish been very famous I was rather disappointed both with quality of food as well as customer service perspective which dose not exist to any...

Over the past few months I've been coming to this little gem of a place,more so in the past couple of weeks, I've tried a verity of different food, the home made curry is really nice but so far the Masala Fish is absolutely outstanding. All the staff are very friendly and polite. There's authentic background music, and the prices are extremely competitive.if I could give more stars I would.

Worst food I ever ate! Cold parmo. Old salad, huge chunks of cucumber thrown across the parmo. Cold kebab. Cold chips. Worst thing is that I came and ordered inside and waited for it to be done. If I had it delivered then yeah i understand. Garlic and chilli warted down. Some of the chips where still frozen from inside. Like what the hell? Well I wont be coming back and l will tell a lot of people that I know too. just for the other customers that come in. CHECK what you are giving them before asking for money.
