I have got soo many bad experiences with this restaurant. Try putting my expectations up but every time they fail me. Firstly I would like to address this directly to the restaurant owner that the staff isn’t professional at all. Secondly the service the staff provides is terrible, they only care over the larger orders and not on regular customers. So basically, you get treated and served accordingly. The staff is so worse over everything that’s not enough in words. Once I had ordered chicken fried rice without egg as it’s their response to know that allergens, despite me telling them twice surprisingly to the manager it self she brought me the dish with the egg in and when asked about it, another staff from inside said this has to be mentioned before, since we could understand the language the very next second we got off from the restaurant, it was really humiliating. Even if you come first you wouldn’t be served first if came in as a couple or with a friend, as mentioned previously they just serve the larger audience first and make you wait for an hour. This happened to us twice. I wanted to convey my experience through reviews is only because each time we get in here with happiness come out quite disappointed and humiliated. Thought of complaining several times, and asked for who’s the manager or the owner, and the lady says she was the manager who served me with the item which I was allergic to. Soo, please it’s a humble request to the owner directly to train or change their staff to treat customers with respect and dignity. I’ve given the same advise to the lady who claimed to be the manager. Since I was an Indian and from the same state I could understand what all they were conveying to each other. The mutton biryani was fantastic, authentic, and phenomenally tasty, with the meat cooked to perfection. The portion size was also very generous.

Thank you for coming to Newcastle! We truly needed an authentic Hyderabadi restaurant, and you've done a fantastic job so far.

Here are some suggestions for improvement:

Visibility: Please consider adding a display board in the corner or bright lights outside the restaurant. It was quite difficult to find, and even when we got closer, we initially thought it was closed due to the dim lighting.

Ambiance: Soft instrumental music or some Telugu songs in the background would significantly enhance the dining experience.

Biryani: While the mutton biryani was delicious and the bones were well-cooked, there could be more meat pieces to make it a truly satisfying meal.

Service: The waiter could have provided water and napkins at the start of the meal. More frequent checks on the table, perhaps every 5-10 minutes, would have been appreciated, especially on a Sunday night when staffing might be limited.

Breakfast Hours: An earlier breakfast service, starting at 8 AM or 8:30 AM, would be ideal for the many IT professionals living nearby who would appreciate a pre-work meal. A 10 AM opening seems a bit late for breakfast.

I have made an order for chicken 65,dum and Mutton biryani with chicken fried rice and chicken majestic and lollipop around 4pm. They said biryani and lollipop isn't available, they said if i can wait until 6pm. I have to go to work by 6.30pm so i have replaced biryanis with 1 more chicken fried rice, noodles, chicken manchurian and prawn 65 matching the price. They mentioned that they'll be able to deliver by 5.10pm but they haven't so I've made a call they said the food was readyvand waiting for driver and the next minute they called back and said that prawn wasn't available as they didn't bring the stock that day I was so furious it was already 5.30pm. They said they'll give chicken 65 with some extra pices coz the price of prawn 65 is higher. Finally i got my order at 5.55pm i was late for work and in my break while eating majestic there was a small stone and there was one more in manchuria, i had requested them in call as well as in instructions to have fried rice spicy but it wasn't and there should be two fried rice and one noodles instead i got 2 noodles and one fried rice.
