Visited the restaurant for an evening meal after reading the reviews and 5 * hygiene rating. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Positive: nice and clean, friendly staff. Clean toilets. Food: after ordering Waited only a couple of minutes and papadums came with pickle and chutnies. Nice. Waitress asked how do we want our starters and main meal. Asked starters first and main meal afterwards. Food came together with starters. Meat wasn't tender. And was unable to break meat with naan as they taken all the knives and forks with the papadums tray. Asked for knife and fork. Then the gentleman asked is everything ok. I said no the meat is not that tender so he said don't eat this he will bring another dish. While we were waiting for the meat dish, naans were cold by the new meat dish arrived. In starters potato slices were not cooked fully. Negative: when asked about the meat wasn't tender in the karahi, we were given the most silly excuse as they grilled the meat in the oven then cooked in the karahi so that's why. As we were novice and silly, he thought we would believe what he said. Starters and main meal came together so which one you eat first, either way other dish will go cold. In the bill they included price for pickle tray and service charges which wasn't mentioned in the Manu. Do I go back there NO Advice: don't treat customers like they don't know much about the food and don't give them silly explanations to cover up your mistakes. Just admit it's a mistake and we will put it right. That's much accepted and leaves...

As a southeast asian, the food they served was nothing like actual southeast asian food! It was sickly sweet to the point it was inedible. Had to bin all the food- which is a last resort for me who hates to waste food.

Not only was the food terrible but the service was equally appalling. While waiting for our takeout, me and my husband ordered starters in the restaurant and were told by the staff "we usually don't serve if its only one starter" (though he misheard as we ordered one each). Even if we had only ordered one starter, I find it terrible that they limit customers and deny them service. Especially when it was an additional courtesy order to the takeout, while we were waiting FOR THEM.

They didn't bother considering the grandscheme of things and how we were an infant, partner and new mum waiting in a restaraunt for an order we had just placed though it was the same waiter we ordered the takeaway from. Cocky, funny attitudes- didnt even sincerely apologise when i brought it up.

I would just like to share this review because I totally appreciate the service from this restaurant.....

I have had multiple delivery's to both my old address and new one, and also ate inside the venue mulitlpe times, unfortunately I had an issue last week with a delivery that I received cold, this was the first time this has ever happened, but the guys who work there resolved the issue quickly, .me having to go through food hub as I had no credit on my mobile to ring them direct,

I would like to thank directly the man who rang me tonight after placing another order, cos there food is superb, for ringing me and putting my mind at ease about the pickle tray I was promised to say sorry for last delivery being cold.

Every time we have ate at the restaurant, they have went out of their way as one of our company is disabled.
