Average burger, the chips were very salty. Could not finish. Slow service.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, but I found your response quite defensive and dismissive of my feedback. I left a review to share my genuine experience, not to be accused of being vague or blamed for not speaking up sooner.

Not everyone feels comfortable complaining in person, especially if the service is already slow . Rather than assuming it’s a matter of “personal preference,” perhaps it would be more helpful to consider how the customer felt, especially if their meal was inedible and take some feedback in.

Is it unreasonable to leave a negative review after 3 days ? People lives are busy and a review doesn’t happen instantly, and it shouldn’t make them any less valid. Okay if it’s a personal preference. It shouldn’t make mine any less important and should Reflect transparency and I didn’t want to go in to admend my fries because I did not want to while it was busy I didn’t want to wait again and I wasn’t fuss about £30 order. Happily to spend and happily to throw away food...

I don't even know where to begin as I am speechless at how beyond incredible Patty Melts is. Everything was a solid 10/10. If I was to request a last meal I think it would just be this entire menu x2.

The highlights were probably the fried “lasagne” and chicken karaage. So much flavour packed in. I didn’t want them to end!! The burgers were incredible, again loads of flavour yet so simple at the same time. Very well priced for what you get, big portions and you can tell only the finest ingredients are used and the level of work/care that the chef has put into it!

Amazing service, the chef came out to serve the food and we were lucky to be able to have a little chat with him and what a guy! So passionate, so creative and just overall a lovely fella.

I am not just recommending this place, I am begging anyone who hasn’t been before to go and if you’ve been before then you know what I’m talking about and you better be going again! Whatever you’re doing, stop and run...

Top class scran!

A place I've been wanting to try for a while due to the rave reviews. Me and my partner enjoyed some great food.

The Double Cheeseburger was really good. Tasty patties cooked nicely and a good quality bun. It wasn't anything special though and not a burger I'd be excited to return for. But I eat a lot of burgers so have very high standards!

I was most eager to sample the Fried Pasta. These were delicious. Chunky lasagna style bites with a decent amount of brisket. Maybe missing a bit more seasoning to add to the flavour but they were satisfying to get stuck into.

My partner loved the poutine and we cleared everything. The guys serving were great and the bar it's set in is cool too.

Definitely a place I'd recommend but maybe not quite worth the hype. I think my expectations were unfairly higher because of how highly people...
