Pizza To Go — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

Got at parmesan with chilli and garlic delivery was on time but the chilly sauce was open on delivery the bag it was in was saturated so when I moved it in bag split wideopen and went all over my sofa call the shop to inform them my sofa was going to be badly stained of this package error they said the owner will call me the next day. So the next day comes and night comes nothing from the owner so I ring the shop to ask why iv had no response from them the owner is on holiday and there no manger in the shop I asked the person on the phone how is going to pay the £80 cleaning fee on my sofa . He said it my fault for eating food on my sofa you should eat at a table So that not there fault I said look you have packed it incorrectly so why is my fault they said because your not eaten over a table Sorry I lost my temper and said I want the £80 it has cost me for the cleaning the just said it's my fault for eatings it on the sofa then threatened me saying that I was just after money from them and said come to the shop and see how far you go so I obliged to go then I get a call from someone begging me not to this shop might be nice to some but not sure how to make it right when it goes...

The only thing giving this a two star was the lovely girl on the phone. Ordered £40! Worth of food because me and my partner went out for food for his birthday but didn’t do anything he likes (obsessed with pizza) so he chose here as they had 18 inch pizzas. Ordered that with a stuffed crust, also ordered the meal eels with 2 pizzas, garlic bread and 2 cans of pop. Ordered all this at 1910. Food has only just came now at 2050…. My partner has now fell asleep because it’s took so long but also the garlic break is missing. When I rang they said up to an hour for it to get here? He’s already asleep. Very annoyed so they put me as priority but honestly will probably be asleep when they come back because we both start work at 6am. Probably should have checked as well but when I hung up. DONT ORDER FROM HERE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!! 2/4/19 the lads at the oswin unit had a bolognaise pizza ordered for them from SECURE hospital and the staff do the orders. the food pizza was half ate and they rest for supper time 2 hrs later and on lad bit into a slice of bolognaise pizza and ate glass once the slice was checked there was green glass in the food . hospital staff told patients the pizza shop accused patients of putting green glass in it when there is no glass on the ward / site and they demanded the glass and wouldn't give a refund. they were rude on the phone to hospital staff and really didn't care about the issue. this glass could have cut a patients mouth or anything . this is a SHOP ID NEVER GO TO AGAIN the whole of the secure hospital will never use...
