Visited Smoked n Grill (Two Ball Lonnen) today at 7 PM and ordered two Ferrero Rocher milkshakes (£8.50 total). The milkshakes were not that good , but I was feeling cold and asked for some warm milk to be added. The man behind the counter (larger build, dressed in black) said it would cost 50p extra, which is fine, but then made an inappropriate joke about putting it in the oven, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. I ordered food from this shop to eat at my cousin's house to break our fast. We had hight expectations considering all the positive reviews. I purchased a smoked and smash smash burger and I was disappointed as the quality of the burger patties weren't great or very flavour. They forgot our eight wings that we purchased as medium spice and they also forgot a tub of garlic sauce which I didn't mind about.
