Actually no stars at all, because this place just serves dishes swimming in grease. They maybe Spanish owners, no sure, but the food appears warmed up prepacked. Aside from the smell of fries, there was no smell of authentic cooking. If one can't cook they may be impressed by it, but for people who can cook, they'd see through this. Swimming in grease, cheap Mayo on dishes that shouldn't have Mayo and the patatas bravas was served to us as a huge dish, in a tomato based sauce covered in Mayo... Patatas bravas is paprika not tomato and no need for a dish that huge, it's tapas after all. The pictures on website menu look amazing, that isn't what you get by any shot. Sorry, if you want to serve authentic food, serve authentic food cooked from scratch...without all the Mayo and oil... Mushrooms can't swim!
In reply to your response - please don't treat your customers as stupid just because you havent got a good review - people generally do not get places confused when they are writing a review - you also have a distinct name. I certainly am not getting you confused with any other place. I also only visited you around 6wks ago, so to suggest you now have fresh food is a tad confusing. Your food isnt fresh, isnt authentic and is swimming in oil. Your pictures on your website however are amazing, pity they don't match reality. No thank you, I wouldn't visit again, nor would the people we came with. I could go to makro and pick the same prepacked...

Read moreFood very disappointing, also given a table right by the entrance where people queue, despite booking weeks ago, The owner sat by our table last night doing her books, really unprofessional. Charged £3.50 for a large coke, when it was in fact those small glass bottles, when I questioned it I was told sarcastically that it was a large. I also asked for a pint of soda water, which is usually on tap. I wasn't told it would come in a small glass bottle and that I would be overcharged for it. The waitresses were very rude with attitude. The paella had ONE prawn in it, obviously they are cutting costs for maximum profit. The calamari was undercooked, was still translucent, the batter soft, tasteless and swimming in grease. The steak skewer was the tiniest thing I've ever seen. I can see why the owner has a porshe parked outside, overpriced awful food. After reading her replies to anyone who dares to say anything negative, I've no doubt she'll put a sarcastic rude reply to this because she can not take the truth. I've dined all over the world just in case you're tempted to say I must be used to ready meals, which is the response you gave somebody else. Avoid this place if you want...
