Subway — Restaurant in North Devon

Me and my partner ordered some food last night and had a problem with the app as it went from saying that a driver was at the restaurant to then saying our order had been delivered went it absolutely had not been. We went in and asked for the manager and we spoke to a lovely young lady called Hailey and she was absolutely brilliant. Me and my partner were expecting to be told that they couldn't help at all and we need to do this on the app and put a complaint in but we didn't get told that, she came straight over to us and asked for the order and said they keep having problems with certain delivery drivers just taking the food for themselves but saying it had been delivered on the app. She then said that she was more than happy to remake our order there and then and give us a couple of complimentary bits for the hassel and to apologise, can not believe how helpful she was and we promised her that we would put a good word in on a review. I really fancied a tikka wrap so thought id give it a try.. a young lady took a handful of meat and placed it on a wrap.. after the older lady made three subs and a salad before mine.. asking what salad and sauce id like. I asked for a mint mayo which I thought it would come with but was given mayonnaise instead. She couldn’t wrap roll the bread so slathering the insides to the outer wrap folding both ends in and turning it over like paper around chips! When there today 24th June at 2.50 first had to ask the young lad behind the counter to put on clean gloves he was going to make my sandwich with gloves that he had been putting rubbish in the bin and had sauce on.
