Having repeatedly returned to their website I see no mention of their inability to provide a basic takeaway service during their stated hours of business, or that you must book a takeaway days in advance. SO BUYER BEWARE! I arrived at 18:10 today and according to their website they will be open for a further 4hrs and 20mins BUT apparently they’re not taking orders, apparently incapable of finding any time within this nearly 4.5hr period to cook the most basic of orders. I’m now left with nothing for the family to eat this NYE, so thank you SO much!! I have a daughter who suffers from anxiety who’s now having a panic attack in the back of our car “HAPPY NEW YEAR”! THIS IS ALL DUE TO YOUR UTTER INCOMPETENCE AND ARROGANCE. If you are unable to offer the services you state, within the business hours stated then have the good grace to say it on your website. I hope you soon encounter the same level of service and understand what it feels like to be let down by a provider who demonstrates such arrogance in it’s treatment of customers. I’d give you less than 1...

First of all this review is for takeaway, I can't speak to dining in.

This was one of the blandest meals I have ever had. The spare ribs despite being colourful were tasteless. The chicken satays were as dry as cardboard. The beef massaman was watery and tasteless. The Pad Thai was just as tasteless as the spare ribs but was a bright colour pink. It's like they make their food really colourful to mask the distinct lack of flavour, which you expect from Thai food. That reminds me, we also ordered coconut rice but it just tasted like normal rice. For the price the portions are quite average, we certainly didn't feel full.

This meal genuinely left us all wondering if we had covid such was the lack of taste and smell. Luckily for us we had some ice cream afterwards to confirm it was the meal that was tasteless and not a pandemic affecting us.

I'm baffled at the good reviews for this restaurant, I think the great people of braunton must have never had a good Thai meal in...

They gave me a table next to the entrance, so was hectic with staff walking past and customers coming in. Should have just told me they are too busy and no table available. The Thom Kha absolutely had no aroma or taste of Galangal. You can taste the bell pepper in the broth - why would you even put bell pepper in this delicate soup?! It overpowers every other flavour. The soup had a grey tinge to it... if Galangal was stewed in the soup, it would have slight yellow/green tinge to it. If you know, you know! I was shocked to be told that Thai staff run the kitchen! The red curry was disappointing too as there was no seasoning to the paste they used. They used good cuts of beef for it though. The front house seems to be run by one experienced guy and the rest look like school children! Very...

Wow! Hands down of the best Thai meals I’ve ever had. We ordered the Penang duck curry, weeping tiger steak and laab Gai chicken salad. The Penang duck curry was exceptional: creamy, fragrant with a slight kick - the flavours were on point. All the dishes were authentic. The weeping tiger steak was so flavoursome and the meat cooked to perfection. The duck penang and weeping tiger steak 11/10 would recommend! For dessert, we had salted caramel cheesecake (yum) and deep fried icecream in sweet bread/cinnamon which was honestly wonderful one of the best things I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating! Delicious treat I’d eat again and again

Me and my partner love coming here for dinner! The portions are generous, food is delicious, the staff are always super friendly and we love the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. We recently dined in the new conservatory which was lovely and cool. Upon being seated the server noticed that I’m heavily pregnant and made the effort of moving us to a table with super comfy chairs which really was appreciated. If you’re planning on eating here we highly recommend the battered vegetables starter, the honey ribs starter, and for mains the Thai green curry with sticky rice and the sea food bucket. See you next time!
