The Braunton Deli — Restaurant in North Devon

I recently ordered a boxed cream tea (fresh cream tea in the post!) to send to my grandparents who had recently moved house and don't live locally. Rachel was so lovely and helpful and the process was super easy and efficient. As soon as the cream tea arrived with my grandparents they called me in excitement to tell me how delicious and fresh the scones were, and what a great idea this was - a true taste of Devon and a boost of energy when they were tired of moving boxes all day. Visited Braunton while in Devon over the holidays. Found this great shop. The owners were so nice and gave us tips on places of interest to visit while we were in the area. The pastries, cheeses, and gin were all delicious. The Christmas jam and Boxing Day chutney were absolutely scrumptious. Braunton is lucky to have such a great shop in town. Love this shop, the owners are so knowledgeable and friendly. A font of local knowledge both produce and locations to visit and please please try their homemade products like pasties, they are delicious and very reasonable considering the quality! I will enjoy my grumble bee honey rum and be in for another bottle next time...
